Stranger Things: The Game is an adventure title with tinges of RPG-styled gameplay. Here you take on new adventures along with the serie's main characters from Netflix's mega-hit Stranger Things. Plus, this title honors the show's prized retro aesthetics allowing you to choose between 'Normal' and 'Classic' playing modes – as was standard throughout the 80s.

Control systems in Stranger Things: The Game are well-adapted to touch screens. All you have to do is tap anywhere on your screen to move about and interact with each scenario. Whenever you tap on your enemy you'll start an attack move. Towards the right side of your screen you'll find buttons to access your inventory or switch characters.

Starting out, you'll only get to play as Hopper, Hawkins' chief of police. However as you advance through the game you'll rescue new players and they'll join your ranks. Lucas, Dustin, Nancy and Bill are just a few of the players available to recruit. Each of them has their own special skills and attacks.

Stranger Things: The Game is a surprisingly great adventure game. We're looking at – beyond a shadow of a doubt – one of the best Android games based on a TV show to have ever landed on your smartphone. All in all this title is likely to be popular among fans of the show, but also anyone else who's in search of a good game.
